For notary offices
Today the first fifteen minutes of the appointment go to rebuilding from memory what the client owns. Tesora does that work beforehand: the client arrives with the list already made, the documents located and the open items flagged.
No cost for the founding notary offices in the pilot · no exclusivity · no commissions on your fee
The client does not arrive with an inventory. The client arrives with a rough idea of what they own, and the appointment turns into a memory test.
| In the appointment | Today | With the inventory |
|---|---|---|
| The first fifteen minutes | Rebuilding from memory what they own | Reviewing a list already made |
| The documents | Missing, and chased for weeks | Located, and what is missing comes flagged as pending |
| Digital assets | Almost never mentioned | On the record: domains, online store, files, crypto |
| Closing the act | Another appointment gets scheduled | It moves forward in the same one |
| The day of the succession | The family arrives to search | The family arrives with the map |
The client's inventory is not a legal act and does not replace any instrument. It is ordered raw material so the act that is one gets executed well, and on the first try.
The vault does not live on Tesora servers. It lives in the client's own Google Drive account, and the client is the one who hands out the permissions.

Read-only: your notary office sees, never edits, cannot delete. The only thing required on your side is a Google identity to receive the folder.
Before the appointment, while preparing the act, when checking an open item. With the list in front of you, instead of working from the client's memory.
They can take it back whenever they want. And it ends with their death: after that the executor named in the will takes over, and the notary office moves to what it has always done, the testamentary succession.
The inventory records what exists and where it is. Never how to get in: no passwords, no PINs, no recovery phrases. What you read never contains a key.
The design contemplates that relevant movements in the vault get reported to the notary office and become firm after a corroboration call with the client, logged and dated. It is design under review, not a service already running.
The instrument that documents that access and the exact scope of the notarial certification of facts are in validation with a notary before becoming a commercial promise. None of this gets published as a closed capability until it is: feature status.
The rule that holds all of this up
Tesora charges the notary office no commission and takes no part of its fees. Your notary office sets the fee and charges the client directly, depending on the act. Nothing coming, nothing going back.
No fee splitting, no paid referrals, no percentages.
No territorial exclusivity, no territories handed out. The client chooses the notary office; we assign none.
Taking part does not depend on buying anything. If you certify and never buy a single service from us, your listing stays published just like everyone else's.
A program where you have to buy in order to belong is not a program: it is a supplier catalog.
Four steps. The notary office develops nothing, buys no systems and gives up no fee.
The same one for every office: confidentiality, a corroboration commitment and the golden rule — your fee is yours, directly with the client.
For the notary and the operating team: the digital assets standard, the tool and the protocol. Founding offices in the pilot: no cost.
Practical evaluation with a demo file: one full cycle of intake, corroboration and certificate, with no protocol errors. Valid for one year: certification is renewed every year with an update cycle. No cost: Tesora charges nothing to certify and nothing to renew.
Your listing enters the public directory: city, notary office number, badge and date. From that day, clients in your city can choose you.
Today no notary office has completed certification. As long as that is true, we are not going to say otherwise — not here, and not on the site your client sees. The full board is in feature status.
Notarial authority is granted by the State. Nobody touches that. What the program attests to is the operation:
And what you need to put in, which is considerably less than people usually assume.
Inventory by blocks, documents located and open items flagged. The appointment starts at minute one.
Notary and operating team. No cost for the founding notary offices in the pilot.
Corroboration, intake and traceability in writing, so your team runs it the same way every time.
You install no software and rent no servers. The access is operated by the client from their own Drive.
City, notary office number, badge, date and a link to your own site so the client verifies it with you.
Zero commissions and zero splitting. We repeat it here because it is the first question every notary office asks.
A Google identity, to receive the client's folder as a viewer. No cost. If the notary office email does not run on Google, you create a free account tied to your real address and that is it.
Organizing the office's internal files or setting your team up with a full workspace are different services, from another company, quoted separately, and they do not condition participation in the program.
Worth putting in writing before any conversation.
We walk you through the standard, the corroboration protocol and what taking part involves. No commitment and no cost.
