Asset inventory

Your family knows it exists. Do they know where it is?

Tesora builds the complete map of what you own: what you have, where it is, and who should find it.

Ten parts of what you own around you — and those two connect

And those two connect: a contracted protection can carry a fund inside. Almost no one knows how much theirs holds — and a fund no one knows exists is worthless the day it's needed.

We never ask for passwords, PINs, or bank codes. A treasure map is not the key to the box.

The problem

Your house looks solid. Is it?

Most family assets in Mexico live in a Glass House: you can see them from outside, they're worth a lot, and nobody else knows where the keys are.

What they do know

  • The house.
  • The main bank.
  • That there's a contracted protection somewhere.

What they probably don't

  • Where the deeds are.
  • Where the car titles are.
  • Which valuable pieces exist —art, jewelry, watches— and where their certificates are.
  • The collection that took you half a lifetime to build, and that to anyone else is a box of old stuff.
  • What valuable furniture and equipment is inside the house.
  • Your e.firma, and where it ended up.
  • The domains that renew themselves every year.
  • The online store that bills every month.
  • The trademark nobody renews, and the royalty nobody knows gets collected.
  • The company shares.
  • The crypto wallet.
  • Twenty years of photos.
  • Who owes you money. And who can prove you already paid that supplier.
  • Where the money would come from if it were needed tomorrow — fast, without selling anything.
  • Whether that protection you're already paying for carries a fund inside, and how much is in it.
  • Your digital things die with you: domains, stores, invoicing, crypto.
  • Your wishes stay in your head. And your head goes with you.
  • Your family guesses. At the worst moment of their lives.

It's not a money problem. It's a map problem.

A will says who.
An inventory says what and where.

Will

Who gets it

A notary office grants it. It defines who inherits.

Inventory

What and where

  • What exists
  • Where it is
  • What it's worth
  • Who knows · who acts

A will distributes. It doesn't locate. It can say the house goes to your kids — and still nobody knows which drawer holds the deed, whether the property tax is up to date, or that there's also an online store billing every month.

A treasure no one can find is a buried treasure. Tesora is the map.

The key to the map

You and your notary office hold it. They only read. You decide what gets recorded and who sees it.

The keys to the treasure

Still yours, and only yours. Tesora records where each thing is, never how to get in.

It builds itself from what you captured. You download it as a PDF. Your files stay in your own Google Drive.

You name who should find it and what each person sees. If you decide to give it legal weight, you take the package to your notary office.

Deliverables

What you walk away with

Asset File

A PDF organized in blocks, with everything you recorded and everything still missing. You download it and it's yours: you keep it even if you don't renew. The document is generated in Spanish.

Structured vault

Folders in your own Google Drive, named so someone else can understand them without you.

Map of pending items

What you're missing, ranked by what costs the most to lose.

Package for your notary office

A document ready to take with you, so the appointment pays off.

Love Letter

What doesn't fit in an inventory: context, reasons, instructions only you can give.

Security

What Tesora will never ask you for

  • Passwords
  • PINs
  • Bank codes
  • Tokens or access to your accounts

Tesora records that something exists and where it is. Never how to get in. It's a design decision, not a limitation: a treasure map is not the key to the box.

The path your data takes

You write

What you decide to record. Nothing more.

Tesora structures

It organizes it in blocks and flags what's missing.

Your Drive stores

The files live in your account, not ours.

Continuity

What if Tesora disappears?

That's the right question.

  • Your Asset File is already downloaded to your computer.
  • Your files live in your Google Drive, under your account, not ours.
  • The format is PDF and plain folders. You don't need Tesora to read them.

Tesora organizes. It doesn't take hostages.

Notary offices

Tesora organizes. Your notary office attests.

Your inventory, on its own, is not a legal act and doesn't replace your will. What it does is make the acts that are legal happen right and fast: the notary office stops guessing what you own and starts with the complete list in front of them.

Patrimonial

Initial cost · VAT included

Introductory stage

Annual fee of $599 MXN a year — for a limited time, join now and you don't pay it.

For assets with structure: several companies or shareholdings, trusts, co-owned property, or assets abroad.

Also includes your partner.

Annual fee: $599 MXN a year. For a limited time, today you don't pay it.

Join now and you pay no annual fee. It won't last forever: we'll give you at least 30 calendar days' notice before that changes. It's the minimum. It adjusts each year with inflation. No percentages and no hidden charges. If you don't renew one year, your PDF file and the files in your Drive are still yours: you keep them. And editing your inventory never pauses either: it runs on your own computer. What pauses is the hands-on support — the review every two months and your notary package kept up to date. Reactivate whenever you want, no penalty.

If you came through a certified advisor or a participating notary office, your initial cost is covered and you pay no annual fee for as long as your contracted protection stays active.

Both plans record every kind of asset, physical and digital: real estate, cars, collections and valuables —art, jewelry, watches, records, trading cards—, furniture and valuable equipment, accounts, documents, e.firma, files and photos, trademarks, patents and rights, domains and online stores, and cryptocurrency. Owning a domain, an online store, a trademark, or crypto doesn't force you into Patrimonial.

Notarial acts and fees aren't included in any plan: they're paid directly to the notary office.
