What they do know
- The house.
- The main bank.
- That there's a contracted protection somewhere.
Asset inventory
Tesora builds the complete map of what you own: what you have, where it is, and who should find it.
And those two connect: a contracted protection can carry a fund inside. Almost no one knows how much theirs holds — and a fund no one knows exists is worthless the day it's needed.

Before you read anything: this is Tesora, explained start to finish.
Tesora: Map to Your Legacy · 3:38 min · in English
The problem
Most family assets in Mexico live in a Glass House: you can see them from outside, they're worth a lot, and nobody else knows where the keys are.
It's not a money problem. It's a map problem.
Will
A notary office grants it. It defines who inherits.
Inventory
A will distributes. It doesn't locate. It can say the house goes to your kids — and still nobody knows which drawer holds the deed, whether the property tax is up to date, or that there's also an online store billing every month.
A treasure no one can find is a buried treasure. Tesora is the map.
You and your notary office hold it. They only read. You decide what gets recorded and who sees it.
Still yours, and only yours. Tesora records where each thing is, never how to get in.
The product
Everything you own gets recorded with five facts. And what you don't know yet is flagged as pending. In plain sight.
Real estate
Pending: 2025 property tax
Digital assets
Pending: who manages the domain
Money owed to you
Nothing pending
Sample cards with made-up data. Yours is built from what you record.

8 blocks
You answer in blocks, in whatever order you want. You can stop and come back. “I don't know” is a valid answer.

automatic
It builds itself from what you captured. You download it as a PDF. Your files stay in your own Google Drive.
whenever you want
You name who should find it and what each person sees. If you decide to give it legal weight, you take the package to your notary office.
Deliverables
A PDF organized in blocks, with everything you recorded and everything still missing. You download it and it's yours: you keep it even if you don't renew. The document is generated in Spanish.
Folders in your own Google Drive, named so someone else can understand them without you.
What you're missing, ranked by what costs the most to lose.
A document ready to take with you, so the appointment pays off.
What doesn't fit in an inventory: context, reasons, instructions only you can give.
Security
Tesora records that something exists and where it is. Never how to get in. It's a design decision, not a limitation: a treasure map is not the key to the box.
The path your data takes
You write
What you decide to record. Nothing more.
Tesora structures
It organizes it in blocks and flags what's missing.
Your Drive stores
The files live in your account, not ours.
Continuity
That's the right question.
Tesora organizes. It doesn't take hostages.
Notary offices
Your inventory, on its own, is not a legal act and doesn't replace your will. What it does is make the acts that are legal happen right and fast: the notary office stops guessing what you own and starts with the complete list in front of them.
| Yes | What it means |
|---|---|
| Your inventory | Everything you own, physical and digital, in one list. |
| The structure | Organized in blocks, with the five facts for each thing. |
| The pending items | What's missing, prioritized by what costs the most to lose. |
| The package for your appointment | A document ready to take to the notary office. |
| No | Who does it |
|---|---|
| Wills | Only a notary office can grant one. |
| Public attestation | The notary office. |
| Probate | The notary office or the courts, depending on the case. |
| Legal advice | Your lawyer or your notary office. |
You can use any notary office you want, including the one you already know. Notarial acts and fees are independent from Tesora and are paid directly to the notary office.

Join now and you pay no annual fee. It won't last forever: we'll give you at least 30 calendar days' notice before that changes. It's the minimum. It adjusts each year with inflation. No percentages and no hidden charges. If you don't renew one year, your PDF file and the files in your Drive are still yours: you keep them. And editing your inventory never pauses either: it runs on your own computer. What pauses is the hands-on support — the review every two months and your notary package kept up to date. Reactivate whenever you want, no penalty.
If you came through a certified advisor or a participating notary office, your initial cost is covered and you pay no annual fee for as long as your contracted protection stays active.
Both plans record every kind of asset, physical and digital: real estate, cars, collections and valuables —art, jewelry, watches, records, trading cards—, furniture and valuable equipment, accounts, documents, e.firma, files and photos, trademarks, patents and rights, domains and online stores, and cryptocurrency. Owning a domain, an online store, a trademark, or crypto doesn't force you into Patrimonial.
Notarial acts and fees aren't included in any plan: they're paid directly to the notary office.
If within the first 60 days you decide Tesora isn't for you, we refund 100% and you keep the PDF of whatever you captured. We don't ask why.
Questions
No. A will defines who inherits, and only a notary office can grant one. Tesora defines what exists and where it is. They complement each other: with your inventory in hand, the notary appointment yields twice as much.
No — and that's not a limitation: it's a design decision. We record that an account exists and where it is, never how to get in. We will never ask you for a password, a PIN, or a bank code.
More than you'd expect: the complete diagnostic, your results with your blind spots, the demo with sample data and the entire guided inventory of your real assets, with your Asset File as a PDF. It's not a stripped-down version — it's the complete tool, with no sign-up, no email, and no card.
What you pay for is the human work: someone building it with you so you don't leave it half done, reviewing what you captured and telling you what's missing and what's a risk, leaving your vault in order, and sending you out with the package ready for your notary office.
