We would rather tell you the real state of things than promise you what doesn't exist yet. This page is Tesora's full status board: what you can use today, what is under construction and what is barely on its way.
Almost no product publishes this. We do, for a simple reason: here you are asked to put in order the most important thing you have. That only happens with someone who tells you the whole truth, including the uncomfortable part.

Everything on this list exists, is built and you can use it today. One thing said up front, because this is the honest board: the product itself still runs in Spanish — the guided inventory, the Arquitecto (the Architect) and the Asset File it generates.

The files live in your own Google Drive account, not on Tesora servers. You grant the access and you take it away.
What you want to tell them and doesn't fit in a legal document. It is the emotional layer of your legacy: it is not a legal instrument and it carries no passwords.
Who executes and who gets told: an executor, two contacts and someone in charge of each front — who runs the digital side, who collects what you are owed, who opens the photos. Recording them here does not name them legally; that is done before a notary office.
A chat that knows which question you are on and answers right there, without pulling you out of what you are recording. Only your question and the question you are on travel — never your inventory, no names, no amounts. It doesn't suggest amounts or splits, and anything legal it sends to your notary office. If capacity is full at that moment, the same window prepares the text for you to take to the full Arquitecto. It answers in Spanish.
You can fill everything in by hand and never turn on assisted reading. If you do use it, document reading is processed with Anthropic and may be retained for up to 30 days. There is always a manual path.
Every two months we write to you on WhatsApp to confirm whether your support network is still the right one and whether anything of yours changed. That message never mentions what you have, what it is worth or where it is: it talks about people. Today it goes out by hand from Tesora's number; automated sending is in progress. If it wasn't for you, say so and we return the full amount. No explanations and no fine print. You keep the PDF of what you already recorded.

Recording is not the same as handling. A trust or a shared property is recorded today as one more line in your inventory: what it is, where its papers are and who needs to know. The specific handling —trustee, terms, how a co-ownership gets divided— is defined with your notary office. We don't promise more than the record.
No block asks for passwords, PINs or bank credentials. We record that something exists and where it is, never how to get in.
How it works today
The annual fee exists and it costs $599 MXN (Mexican pesos) a year. Whoever comes in during this introductory stage doesn't pay it. That is the saving, spelled out in full: $599 MXN a year that doesn't leave your pocket today. That is why the number is always stated, even though it isn't charged today — so you know exactly what you are saving.
We don't publish a closing date, and that is on purpose. It isn't a loose end we failed to resolve: it is decided. We are not going to invent a countdown, a number of seats, or a fake date to rush you. What is committed is the notice: when this stage ends, we announce it at least 30 calendar days in advance, here and on plans and pricing. And that is the honest reason not to leave it for later: coming in today costs you no annual fee, and that won't last forever.
Nothing charges itself. There is no direct debit, no automatic charge and no live payment link. When an annual term comes due, we tell you before that date, at least 30 calendar days ahead and with the exact amount. You decide whether to renew. A term you already paid is never touched.
There is real work done, but none of these is finished. As long as they live here, you won't read them as done deals anywhere else on the site.
It is the founding participating notary office and it is going through the process: agreement, training and practical assessment. It hasn't finished yet. As of today, no Tesora inventory has been certified by a notary office. See the status of the participating notary offices.
The standard, the agreement and the assessment are written; what's missing is running them with more than one notary office. There is no territorial exclusivity and no notary office gets assigned to you: you choose, and if you already have a notary you trust, you can invite them.
The standard and the assessment for whoever walks you through a guided inventory are defined. Today there is one certified advisor, the author of the standard; the program joins in groups.
The review every two months already runs, but by hand: someone at Tesora writes it and answers it. What's missing is automating the send, the one-tap reply (“Todo igual” — nothing changed) and the record of who answered and who didn't. While it is by hand the commitment is the same; what we can't promise yet is that it goes out at the same hour on the same day. How it works today.
If someone already shared an access link with you —today only the founding pilot participants have them— your initial cost is covered and you pay no annual fee for as long as your contracted protection stays in force. Go in with that link.
If you got here on your own, you pay your initial cost. The list annual fee is $599 MXN a year and, for a limited time, whoever comes in now saves it in full. While the two programs above are still in progress, there are no links beyond those. See plans and pricing.
They are decided and designed. Construction hasn't started, so don't count them as part of what you buy today.
There is no cart yet, no payment link and no automatic charge. Today activation happens over WhatsApp, with a person on the other side. The day it exists, you will see the exact amount and you authorize it: nothing is going to charge itself. See plans and pricing.
A preservation certificate issued by a third party accredited before Mexico's Ministry of Economy. It is planned in the design. It is not implemented: today your Asset File does not carry that seal.
A door of their own for whoever has to execute, the day it comes. For now, the support network is recorded in the inventory and the Asset File in PDF is what reaches their hands.
Opening the program to other cities in the country. Today the pilot is local and the list of participating notary offices fits in one hand.
Three pieces of Tesora's design touch legal ground and are not confirmed yet. We write them here instead of selling them as if they already were.
The idea: that the will points to your inventory, so what you own can change without signing again. It is a clause-drafting technique and the notary office has to confirm that it holds.

You still have everything. Your vault lives in your Google Drive, under your account. Your Asset File is a PDF you already downloaded. Your support network already knows its part.
It is not a favor we are doing you. It is how this is built from day one: if the map depended on us still being here, it wouldn't be a map.
